This Wagyu Steak Tartare was made with fresh Wagyu Flank Steak. Wagyu Flank Steak is a cut from the lower abdomen that makes up 0.41% of a carcass. It is tender and buttery thanks to the fine marbled intramuscular fat. This fat melts during cooking, infusing the meat with unbeatable flavour and ultra-soft texture. Flank Steak is lower in calories than many other Wagyu beef cuts and is packed with nutritious protein. Because of its special texture, it retains its moisture, making it flavourful and tasty.
