Wagyu Gordon Blue with Rocket salad & Watermelon

Wagyu beef is a type of beef that is known for its marbled texture and intense flavor. When this type of beef is tenderized, it results in a steak that is extremely yummy and juicy. Because of this, the cooking method and recipe may vary depending on what dish you plan to serve. Tenderized steak is a kind of food processing tool that helps to break down the tough fibers in meats so that they can be cooked more easily. Wagyu tenderized steak is a delicacy that is prized for its melt-in-your-mouth texture and intense flavor. If you're looking for a truly special dining experience, wagyu tenderized steak is worth trying.

Tonight, we're serving Wagyu Gordon blue with Watermelon and rocket salad. A personal favorite of mine! Gordon blue is a type of blue cheese that is named after its creator, George Gordon. It is a blue-veined cheese that is made from cow's milk. The cheese is known for its sharp, tangy flavor and its creamy texture. It is often used in salads and as a topping for pizzas and other dishes. So technically... I should've used it in the 'Wagyu wrap' but I used cheddar instead... Why you ask? Because I like it :)

The Rocket Salad with Balsamic Dressing, watermelon and shaved parmesan is a salad dish made with rocket leaves, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, watermelon and salt. It is a popular side dish in many restaurants. The dish is simple to make and can be served as a side dish or as a main course. The flavors of this combination balance well with the bitterness of the rocket leaves. This dish is best served fresh but can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to two days.
